I have a 7 month wait till my silver/red stook gets here, so to help me pass the time i went to Toys R' Us today and snagged the only S2000 Car in a can on the shelf. too bad they only come in red, i'd like to get a silver. This thing is a blast. Drives on the carpet like a car would in the sand.. and on the tile you can get it tail happy. i was thinking about getting a vette car in a car and doing lil' drag races in the living room. i plan on eventually getting the AutoArt s2000 model but this will do for now. i plan on taking it into work tommorrow.. there is just enough clearance i can park it under my desk.

I got one of those about a month ago. Pretty good deal for $19.95!

Had some friends kids over last weekend and they had a ball with it. Then I brought out the Tamiya 1:10 scale RC car and blew them away!

Tamiya makes a S2000 RC car for around $100...they also make a plastic model too for $25 or so.

The Tyco is available in other colours. Maybe not in the US. Guess they figure if you can't choose a president what hope do you have with a colour choice

Yup, it's a 1:10 scale electric motor RC by Tamiya. I'll see if I can get some pictures tonight. I've had it all built for a few weeks now, but I just haven't gotten around to painting the body.
