Naah your in category number 6 the one I didn't list because I felt like I didnt have too but alas there is always that one guy lol #6 THE DRIFT KING These are the guys that Keiichi Tsuychiya The real Drift King would crown his own son, grandson, godson, brother and sister if he could. This is the guy that takes the S2000's cornering and over steering tendencies to the next level and uses it for what others rarely use it for. These guys are not afraid to take life sideways at 8-9k RPM. They usually start out as Stigs but after a while they decide they need more. Whatever the hell more is..lol and cool video by the way Im scared to get my S sideways....Id try it on a track or in a huuuuuuge empty parking lot.

rofl, that made my day hahaha

update: I'm not a driver posting in the current ongoing thread entitled "Getting her sideways!"

Most of those folks will soon be posting in the "Totaled my S2000" thread.

I am a purist and I hate to see the destruction of the S2000 by all the crazy mods. I do understand and believe that everyone has a right to do whatever they want to their car. I just fear that because of this that in 20-30 years from now many s2k's will be piled up and worthless in junkyards. These are awesome cars and I only hope generations after will be able to love them like we do.

I agree too, but that should mean lots of pickins' for random parts.

What about the broke students that buy it on the cheap, try their best to keep it well maintained, daily drive it, and treat every corner like it's gran turismo. Car may not look the prettiest, but everything mechanical works, usually doing their own work. These people probably have a broken cup holder lid spring, may have a patch on their soft top, probably went through a set of wheel bearings or two. Probably replaced the shocks not to modify but out of necessity. They also have to save money for parts, and sometimes will go months without driving the car until they can install new parts.

Put me in the PURIST catagory. I have a few interior additions from Modifry, but that's it, other than some Official Honda parts (cargo net, titanium shift knob).
