Uh oh...moisture in the tail light
its usually a faulty seal.
ive never done it but i'd guess you need to take it apart (on a dry day), wipe it down, and then reseal the thing. removal is pretty quick, but ive got no idea how easy sealing it properly would be.

take out the tail light
take out the bulb and blow with hot air, use dryer or just wait til hot summer day..
and go buy silicon sealer from autopart store..
use black color one and reseal the light~
just go over the factory seal with the black silicon
