Unexpected snow and guard rail ( you already know)
Snow tires give you more margin for error.
Headlight tabs are broken = $300
Front bumper needs repainting = $300
Fender needs work and painting = $600
Rear quarter needs work and painting = $900
If you're a great driver, you might be able to get by with the wrong tires for conditions. If you're a mediocre driver, you're asking for trouble. Even at 10mph.
I'm going to assume the road was crowned / sloped towards the rail?
I think if you look at the road itself, you'll find that the car didn't "randomly" turn left. You just didn't appreciate the surface. It happens a lot to people on off-camber turns when little reserve grip is available.

The car didn't normally see snow here in va an if it dose it melts away before it's a big deal
Anyway I like to look at things like this as a opportunity for upgrade so I'm going to get a Tracy sport wide body kit
Also I will be doing most the body work myself at a family friends body shop in Florida
