Good evening everyone, just wondering who put their stook away for season, mine up in the air, released belts, dumped oil, battery, will not be on the road till march, thinking about painting calipers, anyone else missing the thrill?? My baby hasn't even seen rain, let alone snow. I have a lot of respect for well built machines. Maybe I'm being a bit obsessive, but this is the most seductive, entertaining, performance minded, technologically advanced, unique, underrated(by certain mags),vehicals on the market. Just my opinion..20 inches on the ground in MI...

I know how you guys feel. If it wasn't my daily driver my S2K would be garaged for the next few months. I mean, it's been getting down into the 50's lately. Brrrrr....

We've gotten damn near as much snow in inches the last 3 weeks as some of you lucky SOB's have you're lowest temps. We're quickly approaching 40 inches in Dec. and after tomorrow should be at about 45. I'm thinking about asking Rick if he can do some leather accessories for my snowblower I've spent so much damn time with the thing! Rick, something nice with and Ariens logo maybe? Handle grips?

It hasn't been this bad here since I was about 10. So I won't be out until March with it either. I've never "completely" stored a car all winter - anything special I should be doing?

Up on stands to release suspension, drop the tires and let out pressure, stable the fuel, full tank to eliminate condensation, release the belt to keep pressure off berings, pull the battery, change the oil. I have a trusty beater to abuse under such conditions, so I refuse to drive my baby in anything less than perfect.Happy new year.....Ted.

Yea, record breaking snowfall in Iowa too. I heard Nebraska and South Dakota forgot to put up the snow fences this year. I've got mine on the stands with Stabil in the tank. I was told to start it and let it run for 10 min. every couple of weeks, any advice to the contrary?

Snow sucks
