Trip, sorry I didn't see this till now. I don't own an S2k anymore so I don't check these boards very often. I am however a local Utah member. I can assist you with contacting the local police though. On your approval I will talk with the Draper and Murray Police Departments as well as the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Department. I have an uncle in the Sheriff's department so this will be no trouble whatsoever. I also suggest you file a complaint with the FBI's internet crimes division FBI Link

Trent, you disgust me. I gave you an unbelievable deal on my Top Secret Carbon-Fibre hood because I thought you were a good guy. I feel ashamed to be a part of the Utah forums right now. Not only do you owe trip a refund (plus interest for the months he has been out his money) and a very sincere and heartfelt apology; you owe an apology to S2KI. Make no mistake about it. Evan may be half a world away but I am not. The police department is but a 30 minute drive for me and you can bet your a**, I will do whatever it takes to see Evan get his money back or you arrested.

Evan, I'm sure I don't need to tell you this but make sure you have copies of all correspodance and emails. Also, start keeping a log of calls you've made to Trent and any calls he's made back (time, length, details of discussion, etc).
