Why would I pay for a site that lets people get away with ripping me off? Fix that and I'll buy a gold membership immediately.

And you did not answer the question.

Face facts - Someone came into your house and used your facility to rob someone else and you have adopted a stance that not only disregards the victim, it enables the thief. Some people pay to be here. Do you feel that is acceptable?
I ask you again... how would you stop internet fraud??

Please leave, because your not helping at all.

Fast Shadow - did you know that Atlanta has its very own S2000 Internet Forum?

Check it out: http://www.s2000atlanta.com/

I'm leaving work now... if I get home roughly a 1/2 hour from now and this is still going down hill I'm going to lock this thread.

So I highly suggest everyone (Fast Shadow) drops this subject and gets back on topic.

It's not extreme at all to boycott the sponsors of an organization when they are doing the wrong thing. What S2ki is doing is sending a message that they do not care if someone gets ripped off and will not take any action to curb the activities of those that rip off people. They want your membership dollars and your banner ad click through dollars, but they don't particularly care about preventing anyone from using their forums to steal. If you were a site sponsor, is that the kind of organization you'd like to be associated with?
Bro.. you remind me of that fockin trunk monkey commercial... sure, its fun to laugh at and watch.. but deep down its nothing more than a fockin tool and makes no sense what-so-ever.
I honestly feel that much stupider just after reading all of yours posts. In my humble opinion the sponsors should boycott you for lack of intelligence and shear stupidity.

Alright - alright. I think enough has been said. Let's bring this thread back to its original intent.

If anyone wants to bring up the issue of how S2Ki should handle "proven" fraudulent sellers, then start a thread in Site Info - this is not the place for it.

Well I'm home and it looks like people have decided to get back on topic.

Thank you... because I really didn't want to lock this.

Well, I don't think s2ki is liable or responsible for any fraudlent transaction between its users. But they can start helping with a new section. Under Marketplace. They can start a section called.

Buyers / Sellers ratings. Here's a link from Supraforums. Where aftermarket parts is a huge thing for that car and there's so many transactions. So that way, if you are looking into a purchase from a buyer. You can do a search on them. Or just post up a thread, see what's people's response on a specific buyer/seller. If there's No response, that will force the buyer/seller being more careful when they are processing with their transaction.
