I believe those who spoke highly of this dishonest person do in fact have a responsibly to help the buyer - word of mouth means everything on a board such as this were the members span the entire world. I did not mean to imply that his supporters have to refund Trips money but in the very least

right now I bet he would change his cell phone carrier before he returns any of the messages left.

this is not looking good - how can trip recover his money?

Well, I called him again a little while ago and no answer. I will continue to call him every few hours til he gets so annoyed that he answers. If it doesnt get resolved, I will talk to my boss about seeing if we can permanantly ban him from attending any SEMA shows. If we cant do that, I will at least try to get a hold on his name so that if he does come to any shows, he would have to talk to me before he gets his badge. This may not seem like much, but I do know that he comes to the SEMA shows because he called me in November when he was in Vegas for the show. I dont know if I will be able to do any of this stuff, but we will see. Hopefully Trent will resolve this thing so that it doesnt have to come to that.

Thanks for all the effort and support RO_JA BOY and BASS. At this stage i would prefer getting my money back since I might get the parts needed to get my car rolling. If the coilovers are really on the way with a backing tracking number then am also satisfied.

Just to inform you that even HARDTOPGUY (Jeff) is helping me out get the car rolling. for JEFF

Well...whats the situation? Did he say that he had shipped them a long time ago and that they must be stuck in customs and he would look up the tracking # from when he sent them or did he say that he forgot and would ship them last week? Im just curious about that one. to Jeff for helping you out!

I also replied and asked for a tracking number, since the tracking number never arrived, i cannot be sure if they are still on the way, at customs, or still "sitting in his room looking pretty"

Usually I get a paper from the post office advising me that i have a parcel to pick up. This week i eagerly waited for the post man everyday but to no luck
