I just looked at your original thread and the fog lights look real nice. I'm anxious to see the final product.

Also what kind of brakes are you running in that picture. Those are pretty sweet looking, and probubly really light.
The brakes are the Brakeman's design, with what are called "wave" rotors. Yes, a major reduction in unsprung weight. They've been on my car for about three years now. The front rotors are stainless steel.

A complete set of the wave rotors is now out for ceramic coating. I expect to get them on the car within the next few weeks.

I'll have to check them out. I'm sure they're a pretty $ but they're real nice. Thanks for the response.

I have a digital camera so I'll take plenty of pictures when I head down there for the test fittings. I'll post a bunch of pictures (with Rick's approval) to help give all of you an idea of how this project is shaping up. This project looks really cool and I'm excited to get to see the development take place.

Great project! I look forward to seeing the finished unit.

One feature I'd really like to see is a removable cover - ideally one that flips up or slides out of the way, but one that simply clips on and off over the hole would probably be fine. The GPS is going to be a very attractive break in target, especially if the unit is easily removed, but with a cover in place, a casual thief peering in the window might not even notice it.

Keep us posted!
