1. You were correct. I am contact the UPS corporate office tomorrow to officially file a dispute to their denial.
2. Yes, they beat the shit out of that box. Total BS!

If you were there to sign for the package I would have denied receipt because of obvious damage.

I hate UPS.

Well, I was the sender...so Shu would need to time in.

Shu: Did the box look that bad when you got it, or did they mess it up even more on the way back to me?

Nothing against you just I've been burned before. I even told a FEDEX guy once I'm not signing for this shiet until I check the package since there is a BIG A$$ boot print on my CF hood box. I told him he'll have to wait or he can come back after. I haven't seen the pics since I'm at work but at least you acknowledge it was jacked. Like you said I've been on the receiveng end of the "well too bad."

Maybe next time put a Fragile or HEAVY marking/sticker on a box. UPS is soo retarded.

i'm currently out of town, so i'm viewing the thread on my phone, but the box looks pretty similar to the way it looked when i found it on my doorstep. it's in slightly rougher shape, but it was pretty crumpled when i received it. trust me, i wish i had the opportunity to deny the package. when i get to a computer, i'll examine the pictures a bit more.

So you didn't repackage it before it shipped out back to UPS? WTH? Why would anyone think that if it arrived all beat to hell the first time that it would not continue to deteriorate. Maybe it's just me, and I have no idea how the diff was packaged inside the original box but it does appear that it was probably not packaged properly the first time. Seems to me that if you didn't want additonal damage, that you would have put the original package into another box with additional protection.
