I need some urgent help with an issue with one of the cars involved in an interior swap. We've connected everything in the dash (all the harnesses/connectors) and we went to see if the car would start and the ignition on position works, but the start button does not start the car. We have battery power, but the car will not turn on. What could cause this to happen? The gauge cluster stayed in its original car, but the harness from the dash did not. Would this cause the car to not start?

Please help ASAP as we need to get this car drivable so the other guy doing the swap can go home tonight.

 

what different harness did you swap? year differences??? what year s2000

does the engine turn over?
does the immoblizer light flash?
