no crank. no start.
My car was stolen over a month ago. They gutted my interior and chopped up my dashboard harness. When I got the car back I got an ecu and new steering column with interlock. I got it started. now I got a harness because they chopped the wires going to the cluster and now the car wont crank or start. Any ideas why I'm pretty sure I plugged everything in right. When I turn the key all the lights light up on the dash. Key fob locks and unlocks the doors. I press the clutch in. Push start switch works. Swapped the starter relay under the driver side dash. what else can I do?
He doesn't do a good job explaining it, but car started with chewed up harness. But to get the cluster working he had to replace the dash harness. But after replacing harness, now car won't start.
He thinks everything is plugged in properly, and relates all the things that are working properly to illustrate that.
So the issue is, car started. Harness replaced, car will crank, but not start.

after I got the car back the steering column was damaged, ecu was gone. Wires going to cluster were cut. I got a new steering column with ecu. without taking the dash out I tried starting it up with new ecu and steering column. after realizing the car still runs I moved onto swapping the harness and putting new cluster in( the thiefs took my cluster). Now that I have harness in I tried starting it up it doesn't does nothing. the new cluster lights up. lights, windows , locks ,work. but the car just wont crank when i hit the engine start.
