URGENT: Water inside car (need help)
One thing you should worry about is if any of that water that has run though the concrete got on your paint. As a structural engineer I have been involved in many garage repair projects where the water leaking through the concrete drips on cars, depositing minerals, and ruining the paint. This is especially problematic with new concrete.
So try to figure out where the drips are, and don't park underneath them, even with the top up.

Yes, I'll put the cover up now more often.
Fortunately there was no water on the paint but thanks for the comment GTI20v. I somehow had an idea that water running through concret could be acidic - or whatever...
I put a 5x6m cover over my car now - unfortunately I cannot park it somewhere else. So it's living under a tent now
