US alignment specs vs Euro specs...
I'd suggest a more "aggressive" alignment than the recommended US settings - it made a HUGE difference in my car. I've had slightly out-of-spec (for honda US) alignment for 2 years now, and it totally cured the snap oversteer that I used to have when I was using the recommended settings. I used to find it very unpredictable under power in various traction-levels. Now it's incredibly planted.
It does chew through tires pretty quickly (maybe 15k per pair, with slightly different wear speeds for front vs. rear), but you can slide under power with much more predictability in more conditions (even rain is predictable now!) with more aggressive settings.

Just did my '02 yesterday with the UK specs. Feels better, but it's tough to tell until you're in an aggressive driving situation. A couple off-ramps I like to take fast felt more solid, but it could also be that my alignment before was a bit out of spec. I was feeling a little squirrely before the alignment, and that's gone. Hard to tell if it's the UK specs or just being in alignment.
Next month is our BUckete run down Rt. 26 in Ohio. Then I'll know for sure.

I'm running basically the Euro spec on my '04. Rear toe is set at 1/4" in total. I'm noticing a slight wear on the rear insides, I'll probably have them swapped at about 9K miles. Fronts are doing fine.
