Well, those things are $1200.00 US from Comptech new. I sold my old exhaust after using it for about 3 years for less than 1/4 what I paid for it. The final decision must be yours on whether or not it's worth it to you.

ps. I thought you had the Fuji already?

seems to be a decent deal to me. I got mine used for $850 shipped. It had 10k on it. In decent condition, all scratches buffed right out.

Make sure you get another exhaust crush ring. And budget some time to get the old one out. Took me a good hour to get all 3 out and replaced.

Great exhaust.....great tone. It seems to have fattened up the middle. Switch to VTEC not as dramatic now, but better overall pull throughout the powerband. Comptech has a dyno chart on their site.

I've driven behind an S with Comptech. I also like the way it sounds, however, it's a bit higher pitch and slightly louder at all rpms. It looks nice from the back, too. Not having seen one off the car or installed one, I can't comment on anything else.

I know,it's a little louder than the Fujit;wonder if it "drones" at highway speeds, anybody have hands on experience???
What is it like, say, cruising at 70 mphs?

And where can I get those "doughnuts crush rings"?regular auto parts stores?should be standard crush rings?

May have a used Fujit for sale soon!!

The tips on the Comptech's are rolled in case you prefer that look over the edge look. Some people don't like that they protrude about an inch farther than stock from the bumper.

Sound is probaby +15 over stock at cruising and I don't recall any drone at freeway speeds.

Do a search. There have been a lot of threads discussing the Comptech and its pros/cons.
