If you have an offer in writing for 14,999 less taxes and fees the dealer has to leaglly stick to it. If you even drove the car and he verbally quoted you a price of 14,999 or had it in a paper avertised for 14,999 they have to stick to it. There have been several legal cases where a dealer qoted a price and would not stick to it, and the courts made the hold to the offer. If you have it in writing or verbal saying the car is $14,999 then they are obligated to stick to it if you make them. You said you had a deposit on the car so you probally had a written offer. I would make them stick to it. Talk to a lawyer they can tell you more about it.

I came accross a few "great deals" on my search, one dealer told me they had only replaced the back bumper.
It was far for me 350 miles to the car, I got someone local to check it out for me (guy on this forum).

I suggest you print that page and anything else you can find showing that price before it changes or dissapears. You need all the proof you can get. Good luck.

You would think if they were made aware of it they would change the price ASAP! Its still listed at $14,999. I'd get anything you can in writing and take 'em to court if they don't honor it. I swore I would never buy another black car but even I'd jump on it at that price!!!
