You gotta learn the hood prop trick pronto.

 

yup...i tried a few years ago, but my garage ceiling is 3 inches too short. The previous owner/builder decided the purchase of one more layer of blocks was going to break the bank and hence my garage is frustrating at times.

J's Racing didn't include the extra hole on the underside of my Type-S hood to allow me to do the hood prop trick

 

Pretty sure I just sat up in there as well.

 

I believe you want something similar to this.

 

its not easy adjustment no matter what, but I just jack the front end up to save the back alittle.

 

mmmm...my back side isn't that nice though.
