6 hours?! It takes me 2 at the most...just some bent feeler gauges, a flat head screw driver, and a wrench!

I loosen the adjusting screws quite a bit, stick a feeler guage that is a bit bigger than spec in, tighten the screw down till it touches, and go from there. When doing the final tightening, use one had for the screw, and the other for the nut. Seems straightforward to me?

I spent about 2.5 this past time doing mine.. it had been a long time since I've had to adjust valves..

at least Dan just thinks im stupid instead of wrong this time
