A little prep work would take out the scratches and imperfections. How bad are these?

I'd take it back to the guy who primed/painted it... The primer coat should have showed any flaws. For those prices, any decent body guy would have stopped and either informed you of the finish problems or would have finished it properly.

Even if the parts were really really bad before he got em... He should have said something.

my .05 cents

What you could have done is if was damaged before it was painted, asked for a partial refund rather than go through the cost of shipping back and forth. The body shop most definately could have fixed it and should have told you about it before it was painted, unless they damaged it.

Bondo and some sanding can fix anything plastic and fiberglass.

It was a piece of sh*t. I had a body shop primed and painted it.
Is costed $550+200(Prime and paint) and it does not look perfect like a factory spoiler.

Hey, it solves your problem!! And it doesn't make your S2000 look gawdy and "Rcied" out...just thought it might be a good idea.

Is it a defective spoiler, or did your body shop do a crappy job matching the paint?

is it carbon fiber or the fiberglass wing? Carbon fiber must be polished to buff out the small scratches on the gel coat. Fiberglass is goin to be painted anyway, so what does it matter if it's scratched?
