Very alarming problem in the S...

The module you want is a small box, about 1"x2"x3", located under the dash just above your left knee (US drivers). There is a sticker on it that says something like "Keyless Entry Remote Receiver". Just plug into the few wires there that control the trunk and doors, no need to string extra wires.

I hate it when these people claim they're "professional" installers...if they were "professionals", they would be smart enough to look up info on the car.

Agreed. My installer had a hard time finding it too. He ended up taking two entire days installing my alarm.
