VIN number... weird
Ok so the other day I was doing some work underneath my hood and for some reason decided to see if all my VIN #'s matched to my surprise they all matched except for one! the last 4 numbers of my VIN are 7582 and my passenger side fender reads 7583! what are the possibilities that Honda put the wrong fender on my car. does this mean that 7583 has my fender?? it doesn't really bother me i just thought it was a little funny and weird.
It's been common that VINs can differ some between the chassis, engine, and transmission, but I'm not sure anyone has noticed differences in body parts.
I wouldn't worry about it. Being only 1 away, it's obvious that it was like that from the factory.

That only makes sense if acronyms are not used i.e. Vehicle Identification Number number. AT machine and VI number sound even more ridiculous either heard or read, IMO.
