Now i heard that the VIS hood jus comes with a latch instead of hood pins. And that the S1 hood jus doesnt come with a latch. And that the quality is the same. Is this true? Because the cost for jus a STOCK OEM CF VIS hood is 550 <-- well best price that i have found so far. And that the S1 CF hood is $350.

 

I have the VIS CF Hood on my S2k!

Its just like the OEM Fitment .......

And Carbon Waves are Sick... Good quality and is UV coated for Protection...

 

I say take a look at a fiber image hood they look sweet. But out of the two you have listed, i think the VIS has a nice fitments and goes well with the car.
