Default VISA -- everywhere I want to be?

I bought my MY02 used. It has some weird tires made by a company called VISA. I have never heard of VISA...can anyone tell me if they have ever had these on their S2k? Are these cheap-looking tires likely to kill me? My S2000 is where I want to be, but do I want to be there with VISAs? Sorry for the bad puns, but I can't believe these tires..

Ok I just did a search on google for "visa tires"

Damn those are some cheapo tires!

I think they are made by Falken.

Priceless!

Ooops, sorry wrong card!

They appear to be V rated but then so are standard (not OEM) S02's

Those are scary. The S2000 is very sensitive to tires. Its like Carl Lewis running in penny loafers. Or Emmitt Smith doing cuts up the field in Flip Flops.

A few things concern me:
1) They are M+S tires, so not optimal for performance driving.
2) The picture shows 225/50-16. I'm assuming that's the rear tires. If those tires are like almost every other 225/50-16, then they are narrower than the OE rear tires, therefore they will cause the car to have a tendency to oversteer... making a spin more likely.
3) I don't know what the speed rating of those tires is. I definitely wouldn't do any high-speed driving on those tires.
