Default voodoo knob question...

I just bought the aluminum knob... So I'm wondering if theres any kind of adhesive i should be using, or what you guys put on the threads just for reassurance when you installed your voodoo knob...

Thanks...

I put a bit on the thread of the stick itself, and some on the thread inside the knob. Took about two minutes, and has worked great for the two months I've had it. It's a great mod by the way.

If you don't have a shift pattern or logo to align you don't need anything, just tighten all the way down.
The blue loctite helps keep those that need alignment in place. A few drops in the knob threads is all it takes.

None for me either, tightened down it never comes loose (unlike the knobs with sleeves and set screws)

I just put a little antiseze on mine so I could get it off in the future with out galling the threads, then I cranked it on by hand. Never had a problem.
