I just had my first experience with Vortech's Service Dept and my sc. It had developed a noise suddenly that increased with speed etc.

My SC has been installed for over a year. The work was done by Liberty1. I took it back to them and they determined it was the sc not a pulley bearing and sent it off.

Vortech found the porblem, fixed it and turned it around in a week under warranty not including shipping time. Thanks Vortech. That's good service.

Lucky. I've been trying to fix an ongoing issue with my Vortech sc for some time now. Everything is installed right, but something isn't working correctly. My mechanic/brother-in-law thinks he knows what's causing the problem. He's been in contact with Vortech the past couple days. I'll hopefully have this issue fixed next week when a part is sent to me.
