I think the J's is the best looking lip around, I personally would not mold it only because It will be easier to replace the lip once it becomes damaged and it will get damaged - I beat the crap out of my amuse lip with a slight lowering (1 inch)

I don't like molded parts because it seems ricey to me.

It really depends on what you want, but not molding it gives you more options in the future in case you ever get tired of the look.

I would say if you want to mold it, just buy the J's front Urethane bumper. That way if you want to go back to stock, it'll be easier. Besides, the price will be about the same.

well... i have to repaint the front bumper anyway... its endured too many flying rocks and bad NYC drivers trying to park in a spot WAYYY to small for their car... which is why i wanted to cover up the holes while i was getting it repainted... i already have the lip in my basement so ordering the urethane bumper is out of the question... keep the comments coming!!

thanks

CHARLES..., are you saying my car is RICE???? Actually it is right now.
But IMO I think molding it makes it look more like a REAL bumper/lip because it's not a full bumper or a small lip. Having it overlap in the middle of the bumper makes it look awkward.

OMG...I just noticed that I don't have any pictures of my car.
This is the best one I can find that show's the whole front.

I say dont mold it, it looks alot nicer without. The molded bumper seems kind of funky to me, looks more bulky in a way. Besides whats the one way to tell if its authentic or not?
