Default VTEC

I have a theory that at least 1/2 of the members on s2ki don't even know what the acronym VTEC represents. Well here it is: Variable valve Timing and lift Electronic Control.

I just looked it up last week. I had my car for a while and didn't know what every letter stood for. Can you be honest and admit if you knew or didn't.

I've known what VTEC stood for since the introduction of the NSX back in 1990.

I had read it, but didn't commit it to memory. (Browsed through the repair manual and the little manual a week or so after purchase)
