How do you remove the stock baffles and will the car have the same sound as with the airbox simply removed. As for heatsoak. Since hot air is in the engine bay, whether you have an aftermarket intake or not. If the ambient temperature coupled with a hot engine bay is a factor then even a stock airbox would suffer heatsoak. Cutting out the stock baffles, would that be the most logical way to get the hard core sound with the least amount of heat soak?
