Default VTEC and Long Drives

I plan on taking my 650 mile S2K for a ride this weekend (100 miles ech way, 200 miles round trip, highway and street) with PLENTY of VTEC and hard accelerations. Since I am just past the break-in and still have low miles on the car, is it bad to be VTECing for such a long distance drive? I am addicted to VTEC and will most likely VTEC it at least 100 times each way Wooooh!!!

Is this bad for the long term durability of the car?

As long as your car is past the break-in procdure I think you'll be fine.

Do you guys recommend maybe giving the car a 30 minute break each 50 miles? Or does that not matter? I plan on going the full 100 mile with no break if possible.

How much oil does that translate to when looking at the dipstick level?
