Default The wait is killing me!

2 weeks ago my Silverstone over Red and Black was in Portland, Oregon (customs). It is now in Baltimore, waiting to be trucked to Petersburg, then on to Richmond (sort of a Civil War mini-history lesson).

Anyway, i guess it will be next week - pant pant - hope there will be at least one opp. to drop the top.

BTW, serial number is #29. So it appears that they made this car early in the first run, knocked off a bunch of 'Stones, and are fulfilling orders from that pot. Anyone know if that might be right - how does Honda production work?

Anyway, I must do deep breathing exercises, take a Valium, or something.

I have dwelt amongst you all as an interested Member and Enthuisiast long enough - I want full status - I want full investment - I want to speak from a position of experience - I WANT MY CAR!

OK, I am better now.

dont you love this modern age, where you can track your shipment as it travels across the country. just makes you want to drive up to Baltimore and pick it up.

Road Rage, you are always in control!! Stay strong and get a grip on yourself!! Don't worry, you will be able to tell me EXACTLY how your 04 consumes oil more efficiently than my 03 soon enough!! JK. It will be well worth the wait!! Congrats

They must be well beyond the first 100 delivered and tested already... So, I'd imagine you're correct about how they produced the cars, RR.

Anyway, many of us know exactly how you feel. I had to wait three months for my '02. They were a tough three months!

RR, at least you are getting yours in a week or so, I have to wait for my Rio Yellow for 5-6 weeks! In the meantime I am getting the garage ready and learning all I can about the S.
Post pictures when you get your wheels in.

Road Rage,
That car is looking forward to finding you as much as you want to get it. Think how boring life has been for that S2000 - no road time. You'll both be making up for lost time shortly. P.S. The Suzuka Blue you connected me with is almost at 600 miles and we're both loving it.

Good point! I am digitally impaired in terms of Internet pictures, but this may be time for me to get a digicam, or upload some stuff from my camcorder.

I have the following parts reading to go:
PIAA Extreme H1 high beams
Rick's JDM side lights
Fumitomo (spelling?) oil drain with adaptor
Rick's Voodoo pearl aluminum shift knob (engraved shift pattern)
Car cover (heated garage but 7 cats in family - barf!)
Electrical mats for hood, top and trunk (hi-voltage, low current, of my own design) to keep aforementioned felines off my car!
4 oil filters
1 air filter (Comptech)
A swarthy roommate- all brawn, no brains (2003 SVT Cobra)
