Default The Wait Is Over

Took delivery last night 2002 New Formula Red, and the ride home I can't describe . The hardest part was keeping it below 5500 RPM. Can't wait for the weekend. Weather in Pittsburgh is supposed to be in the 50's. Which for winter I will take. Still to cold for top down, but it will be fun non the less. Will be driving all weekend and going to the Steeler game. Of course the car will not go to the game. I will post pictures this weekend. Time to start hunting twisties.

You don't need 5,500rpm. You can have plenty of fun out in good cornering territory without needing to worry about how quick you can accelerate. Sorry if we're not all so enthused - my S2k is close to two and half years old now.

Congrats on getting the car. I must compliment you on choosing a great color too.

55 degrees sounds pretty good for where you're at. You can go top down and try out the pillowy blanket of hot air setting (it's the one that looks like the car witht he top down). Just put the top down, put the vents on the setting I described, roll up the windows, and crank the heat. You'd be surprised to see how warm you really are, even with the top down.

top down at any temp is possible. i've said it before, and i'll say it again: if people go skiing in the most god-awful weather and call it a good time, then whats wrong with the top down at the same temps?

excellnt color choice.

i have to say it, GO EAGLES.
