Well Im going To start Moding my S2k. but 1st i have some Q. And tell me what you Guys think.
The mods that i have in mind are there.

AEM CAI V2
Vtec Controllor (lowering to 4500 Rpms For Vtec to kick in)
t1r 70mm or the T1R 63 Ver.2 ( wich one is better?)
Test Pipe. And If i keep the o2 Sencor my Check Engine light wont come up right?
And what are the Best Cams for our cars?

If you guys Have any Ideas On othere Mods Plz say.

I also Want to Run 100Octane. How much Power do you guys Think Il have. Oo and in Winter time I think im going to turbo it or Supercharge it.

Ps: the goal im trying to Do is around 260 to 280 On N/A

260-280 NA to the wheels? or to the flywheel? the only way you could possibly make 260hp NA is to go ITB's..

 

Prepare to empty your wallet (and possibly bank account too) if you are gonna make it to 260 whp, much less 280.

This motor doesn't mod well, short of forced induction and/or gears.

No, if you have the money,try to go all motor and if your still not getting the gains that you want go FI.

Correct - ONLY if you install a mechanical 02 simulator, otherwise your CEL will be lit constantly, and thats a BAD thing, as you wont know if you get any other issues in the future.

This is an S2000, NOT a civic. There's a lot less tunability in these than other Hondas, and to extract the most is going to need DEEP pockets.


All in all though, 100000 bonus points for your enthusiasm!

Do yourself a favor - spend some time, read about the car. Check out the UTH section as it seems that the way you are heading. LEARN about this car in particular. Knowledge is power.

You haven't done any research have you? It's already the most powerful production engine per liter ever made. What makes you think you can make it better than Honda? Don't waste a dime on CAI's or any of that crap. Save it for the super.
