Nice of you to provide this service. I love messing with that kind of stuff. I use Photoshop 7.0 as well as some of the others. I'm just used to it.

I also use a free gif animator called UnFREEz. Drag and drop, loop animation and frame delay adjustments.

You can also try IrfanView, a freebie from the net...it does a reasonable job of shrinking things by choosing the correct algorithm. Almost any program, cheap or expensive, can do a decent job of shrinking images by multiples of two (25%, 50%, etc.), but what differentiates the good from the bad is can it shrink images by odd amounts (14%, 23%, etc.) and still have the image look sharp.

I use photo editor (photoed.exe) that comes with office. actually you can use anything, including the freeware stuff that comes with XP.

S2000TypeR, if you are using one of the Photoshop variants (PS,Elements,demo,etc) try using the Unsharp Mask filter after resizing. It should help with the blurriness.
