My problem seems to be file size? When I shrink it, the file is still too large. Any pointers? I am trying to get a clearer version of my current avatar.

I dont know I guess im just not cut out for image editing. I just cant get it to look right when I compress/resize it. It looks to blurry in trying to keep with the file size limits?
