Warning: Check your clutch master cylinder.
I noticed mine was leaking fluid just behind the clutch pedal. Would not have seen it but I recently replaced the one in my 8 year old Prelude and decided to check the S2000. To my surprise, on a car that's only 25 months old, there was a similar leak around the o-ring seal and fluid was dripping down the side of the plastic kick panel.
Luckily this should be covered under warranty (or at least I hope it is considering how American Honda has been about anything to do with an S2000 clutch these days).
So run out and check yours before your warranty expires!

I'm willing to bet if you go pop the cap on your clutch master cylinder, you'll notice the fluid is black.
I had the same leak. For whatever reason, the clutch fluid deteriorates rapidly in this car.
When you get the master cylinder replaced, make sure they replace the slave as well (or at least take it apart and rebuild it) because all that crap has likely made a mess of the entire hydraulics system.

Which cap is this?
Thanks for the heads up. I already asked about the replacing the slave cylinder when I spoke with the Service Manager and he said that was not covered under warranty unless it was also having a problem.
I'll be sure to ask them to flush the old fluid though. Also, when looking at the Honda service manual, there are a couple grease points (on the pivot pin and piston) that I'll ask them to be sure to service.

Just wondering how the color/condition of the fluid will have anything to do with a leaking master cylinder?

Pop your hood. It's the smaller one near the brake fluid master cylinder on the drivers side.
