Everything and nothing, it's all subjective on your use/abuse and how persuasive your dealer is on your behalf.

Your car's five years old, you still got a warranty?

Oh, you have a service contract on it? If it is Honda Care, it is not a warranty and is a service contract and any mod to anything can be used to deny coverage on anything else. Service contracts are not subject to the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act. However, it really depends upon your dealer and what they will do for you. However, if Honda Care gets involved and inspects the car, they may likely deny coverage.

I got a 3rd party extended warranty, and they don't care what you do to it as long as the mods aren't what cause the problem. If something goes wrong with the car I just call them and inform them, take it to the shop to get fixed and send them the bill, couldn't be more easy IMO.

Keep your stock parts and do mods that are easily reversible.

Ex. You can change wheels quickly before taking it to the dealer for service, but it's harder to change your suspension.
