Default Washer fluid, how far up when filling?

How far up can you fill the washer fluid in the 06's? I cannot get it to fill all the way up to the cap - does this mean the bottle broken? If I add more, the fluid hits the ground?

If it is broken, how can I access this area? Is fender removal a must?

I cannot get it to fill even to a place where I can look in it and see it.

Any input? Would this be covered under warranty?

Ah come on this, should be a simple response, everyone who has been an owner of this car should know this

Me being a new owner, I don't know if it's "normal"

Wait till morning (or park on level surface where ground is dry) carefully fill reservoir so you don't get it all over the side. Look for leaks underneath.

The unit is comprised of two pieces: the reservoir itself and the filler neck. If you can't fill it all the way to the top there is probably a leak at the joint where the filler neck fits into the the reservoir. It's just a press fit [I think it's a O-Ring].

You have to pull away the inner fender to get at the reservoir.

The resevoir should overflow. You have a leak.

According to the Honda service manual, you have to remove the fender to replace this.
