I haven't had any idle issues. The car idles rough at first after the install, but then it smooths itself out after a few minutes.

Jim at Proflow says the ecu seems to gradually adjust the idle with each start until it is in the proper range for smooth operation; i.e. it seems to make smaller corrections in the right direction and not any huge change at any one time. Initially the idle likely will be rough because the ecu had things adjusted for the older bore setup.

Does that change the voltage across the tps? I'd be interested to see what people's voltages are now after the ecu adjustments!!! I will post when I do mine, should be any day - I'm next in line...

Don't think the voltages would or should change much. The resistance and voltages should be about the same across the tps terminals. ProFlow measures the resistances (ohms) across the terminals of the tps and keeps them around spec without having to put the tps into car and in electrical circuit to measure voltage. S2K_LA's instructions also says to keep the voltages the same. The manual also gives a range for the ohms readings or says that it should read "about" a certain value, so not exact necessary.
