You can get month and day on the inside of the interior trim pieces. Pop off the door panel or the center console around the shifter and there will be stickers on the inside with day of assembly.

On my vehicle the build date is generally 2 months earlier than the date on the local compliance plate. Check the compliance plate on the firewall for this info.
Trojan, are you sure the stickers indicate the build date? In my experience the stickers indicate the date of manufacture of that component and this could be many months prior to the actual vehicle assembly date.
