I like the people, just not some of the things they say.

As a gold member in standing, I am very disappointed by the direction this thread
has taken, especially from you Strike. An announcement (hell, an acknowledgement even) that customer service
in the past was a problem and efforts are being done to correct that should be met with
a reasonable amount of confidence, otherwise, why accept them as a sponsor? Doing so
and then attacking Mastergrade in such a way seems to paint a picture of one hand extended
in the direction of their wallet while the other is typing inflammatory rhetoric.

I expect that type of commentary from many (afterall, there probably are lingering
issues from the previous Mastergrade efforts and rightly so) but moderators (or worse,
owners) should rise above that and give these guys a shot. There are plenty of Mastergrade
threads from past endeavors for people to make their own decision as to whether or not
their money should be put at risk but if you've accepted them as a sponsor, I'd like
to think you did so because you felt they were providing S2ki.com members with a
service. Your words indicate a no-confidence vote, at least as I read them.

FWIW, I think Mastergrade's yellow S2000 is stunning. Well done fellas and
remember...customer service means putting the customer first ALWAYS, no exceptions. Do that (as a few steadfast s2ki.com sponsors have) and you'll earn a ton of repeat business.
