Default Weighted Shift Knob

Of those who have one here, where did you get yours from? Does it really make a difference? What are the best ones to buy? Where do you get them from? Any good pictures?

Thanks in advance.

I can only tell you about my Titanium Voodoo knob. Unfortunately, due to the price of Titanium these days, Rick's (Voodoo distributor) no longer sells them.
I have a Vortech supercharger and after the blower went on, there was a pronounced vibration coming through the stick which I didn't like. The extra weight of the Ti knob helped to dampen the vibration considerably. I wouldn't be without it. An added feature is that it's countersunk so it's very low.

Yes, the heavier knobs feel better but I am still partial to my Spoon Titanium due to no heat issues at all.

I have the countersunk, heavy titanium knob.

Can't say for sure, but I feel the extra weight helps compensate for the decreased leverage.

I imediatly liked the feel of the shifter / knob combo. and I would not like to go back.

One of the few things you can do that makes a good thing better.

It is the Spun Fininsh Titanium Voodoo knob. I have not looked to see who is selling these, or something like them lately.

Not the best photo, try searching and you will find something better.

What's the point of the weight? Besides dampening vibration?
