Default Well, it DOES go 150 +

I was just cruisin down the Autobahn. I thought to myself " Hey ,you don't have your winter tires on anymore". I wasn't restricted to 130mph or less, so I floored it. 154mph at 7,800 r.p.m. slowed down due to traffic, but the car was still accelerating when I chose to tap the brakes. Very NIIICE.....

There is a town near here named "Audubon"

Perhaps a top speed run is in the cards for tonight

I think it was Emo Phillips who used to warn about the danger of homonyms. Do you think the cops would buy it?

I swear I've seen 163. I know the speedometers may not be that accurate but that's what I had indicated.

How did she feel. I am sure you have cruised in many nice cars on those german roads. How did she feel compared to a benz or bmw. Hell or even a VW. Was she stable. Any drift. Where the brakes very touchy at this speed. Thanks in advance.

Good stuff ... also it's great that you noted your RPM as it let's you work out your speedo-error aand your 'true' speed.

7,800rpm in 6th gear = 146mph 'true speed'

On my car the tach reads about 300rpm lower than indicated by the VAFC.

The car was absulutely stable, no pull to right or left at braking and the noise was deafening. wind blast + F20c= many decibles . Sorry, hadn't had the oppurtunity to drive many other vehicles in the three months I've been over here. To busy with work.
