four bags fit in the back of an sti... and there is even room for a little extra.

never tried the s though... i think that clubs for tall people might be a touch on the long side for the s, but i haven't tried yet...

 

Good to know that a golf bag let alone 2 will fit in the trunk. I thought I was going to have to put my bag in the front seat, buckled up!

 

i only manage 1 bag in the trunk..
gotta take out driver and out it in slantwise with the clubhead sticking into the spare wheel space.

 

4 bags with a little room is impressive! Just an FYI, there are no longer clubs for taller people. You'd have to get them extended which is pretty rare. If you're taller you usually have longer arms so it's not a big difference. Most people actually get them cut down.

I can get two sets in my trunk no problem. I even fit it with the drivers in the bag. I use the ping carry bags that every and their mom's used to use. I think only 1 staff bag will fit, if at all and the other harder bigger bags that Callaway, Titleist, etc. make will probably fit 1 or barely 2 in the trunk.
