Here, let me tell you why. It is because when you are at a stop light and I ask ypu if you wanna run. What are you going to say? " hey, follow me to the road trak and see if you can stay up" WTF. No you are not going to say that, if you did I would kick you in the nuts. i see you have a S/C so Im sure you think you have a fast car, right? You would try to race me and I would play with you . Let you think you might have a chance. Then I would wave and let you hear the "sound" of a drag s2k. Have you ever felt 30lbs of boost? Oh, no you havent. You have a S/C

What on earth prompted your outburst? Did you read the entire thread?
Just to let everyone know, im really NOT that much of a ass if you get to know me
I just didnt like what I had to read on the 1st page. So I posted. Ask Wis s2k, I say what I have to say and Im done. A S/C is fine if you want a DD with some speed but if you wanna be fast then you need a turbo! A S/C really doesnt do that much in this car. My friends 2.5lt s2k runs better 1/4 times the a s/c s2k with 50+ more Hp

If you knew me you would know I dont care and I dont come on here very much because of the way most of you act. All I see on here is "how to change oil" "Oh, look at my show car" and the best, "Why is Vtec set at 6000rpms" I do like s2ki but over 50% are noobs or they are over 40??? I dont know, you guys do as you want and have fun!

ENZO...... I would give it 2-3 months and then I think a nice Bi Turbo set - up would be good. if I hade the $$$ for the Enzo then I guess I can have the $$$ for a custom turbo set-up.
With me, no matter how fast the car is I will want it to go faster. I dont like to lose no matter what Im doing

It is not correct to say that "A S/C really doesnt do that much in this car." Granted, it is all relative, but an SC/AC makes the car much more enjoyable as compared to a stock car. The difference is absolutely NOT insignificant. Have you ever driven a stock S2000 and a supercharged S2000 back to back? If you have, you must have forgotten the experience.
Everyone who has been here for a while knows that turbos put a lot more area under the torque curve, and it doesn't take people long to figure out that the current crop of S2000 superchargers are NOT the way to get more low end torque. The Comptech and Vortech supercharged cars are almost like stock below 6k, pull a lot harder after that, and are pretty damn quick when kept between 7,500 and 9,000 RPM. Try punching a supercharged car from a 7,500 RPM cruise in second gear and then tell me the supercharger doesn't make that much of a difference.
We are in the process of building a 1000 HP R33 and rebuilding Big Bird. Check out the Supra and R32 in my signature pic. I do know the difference between a fast car, a faster car, and a really fast car, but it's wrong to say that a stock S2000 is "slow" and it is wrong to say that SC/AC doesn't do that much in this car. It does less than a turbo, but still makes a hell of a lot more peak power. Also, with SC, we can drive anywhere in the country and not have to worry about the legality of the car. There are other issues too, but they've all been discussed to death in other threads.
You'll eat my lunch if I play your game (drag racing) but you'll have it harder on my turf (autocross).
