it's quite obvious that this guy likes to eat some fat dick. Not a practical car? the only thing that doesnt make it practical is it's 2 seater, but who carpools to work? And beside that it gets really good gas mileage.

"Not practical as everyday car."
Response: Funny, I've driving my S2000 everyday since I bought it six months ago and I don't have a problem with it. I glad to see that some clown who drove the car for a day has the walnuts to write about something he has NO CLUE about!

"Steering wheel not adjustable"
Response: I don't have a problem with position of the wheel. In fact I think it's rather perfect for performance driving.

"Digital instruments distracting"
Response: No he's wrong. That one's just stupid and nitpicking.

Glad to see that someone thinks they have all the information to inform the public on a product from an extended test drive.

I was hashing over my purchase last summer and was talking to my sister who chimed in and told me that her new mini-van cost just over 30k.

Too expensive???? The s2k has been held on a performance (and fun) level of much higher end cars. Doesn't make sense.

MSN gave a similarly crappy review last year.

I could have lived without that sentence.

Wellllll, it's not really a practical car to be made a work whore. It's not the easiest to get in and out of, the shocks are stiff, revs too high, small trunk space plus much more. These are all the things that make the s2000 not the best work car. So the editor does have a point their, one in very very few. But you can easily drive it to work if the smile on your face surpasses the minor imperfections. This guy is a complete maniac. I could train a monkey to right a more comprehendible review of space rocket. I suggest that the author quit his job in the car biz and try something easier, like reviewing small bicycles for children.

Maybe if he used 6th gear, he would have done better than 146 mph.
