That stain looks like a high pressure injection of liquid feces into a fabric car seat resulting from someone thinking they had to fart, yet had severe diarrhea. The heavier vertical line in the middle is the 'collection trough' formed by the arse cheeks pooling the dripping remnants.

After the fart, you get the wet feeling, pull over to the side of the road, get out and look back at the seat.

That is what you would see.

I'm going to be getting my Tein lowering springs installed. How many hours am I looking at for an install, or cost. I'm also installing a Megan header, I figured an hour for the header. Does the OEM heat shield fit with this header.
Depends on where you take your car. The corner body shop that has a bunch of hoopties parked out front and mostly does oil changes won't charge very much at all. You could also go to a reputable shop and pay $100 an hour for quality work. After you install the springs, wait for them to settle, then get an alignment. Your car will handle much better than if you had just stuck the lowering springs on. Also, when using an aftermarket header, getting your car tuned will make a much larger difference than just bolting the header on. OEM heat shield doesn't fit with any aftermarket header other than the Rick's (going from memory, somebody correct me if I'm wrong).
