I'm going to be getting my Tein lowering springs installed. How many hours am I looking at for an install, or cost. I'm also installing a Megan header, I figured an hour for the header. Does the OEM heat shield fit with this header.

lol, suspension will take you a few hours but it is not difficult, especially if you have a buddy and a lift.

 

The heat shields will not fit the megan header. The header is a pain in the ass if you dont have a lift. It is extremely heavy, and it has to come out through the bottom. So you have to get all 4 wheels off the ground about a feet or two. It took me about half hour but I had a lift.
