Now that the topic of gas is up, what kind do you guys use. you notice any differences by using different brands of gas. i realize that different states have different brands but i think the info will still be useful.

 

I only use fuel refined from pure Pterodactyl's oil deposits. Most common types of fuel are refined from slow moving Brontosaurs deposits and will cause a 5 to 10% loss of HP.

 

Unocal 76.....have used the gas for years,and it's the only gas I put in both my cars.At one time it was the highest octane premium,but not sure it that's still the case.

 

Chevron. I beleive the Techron hype

 

I tend to stick with Mobil...we only get 91 here in CA.

Gas prices in south cali are getting higher!!!! I paid 1.59 for 91 yesterday

It was around 1.10 in the beginning of the year!

 

Th ereason i even started this thread is because of my friend. i personally have been using shell for a few years now. and when i told my friend with a turbo miata that thats what i use he had to give it a try. after 2 tanks he swore to me that shell gas sux and it made his car run like crap. are their differences between brands?

It was around 1.10 in the beginning of the year!..........Yea,the price is creeping up,my fill ups are starting to run over the $20.00 mark again.Kinda makes me cut back on the weekend pleasure driving.

 

LA gas prices are horrible!! It still costs me around $15-16 to fill up a full tank here in OC!
