Hate to say it but

I've never seen a set of painted calipers that I've liked and I've seen a bunch in pictures and in person and I've yet to see one that looks good. When you paint them you're drawing attention to them. To be honest our calipers do a great job but look like crap. Personally I think no color is the best color, but if you must then I favor subtly over flash. Silver with black letters or black with silver letters.

 

gold or black look good. i have tried both color and i think gold look good. but i painted my rims black

 

I have been trying to decide the same thing. Thanks "CrazyPhuD" you hit the nail right on the head. Black with silver letters on my blue car. The other color I was leaning to was red and again, I agree with you, that might be too much. good thread at the right time.

 

 

Don't do yellow. Everyone that I have seen always looks dirty and discolored. Go with black for a classy look. Unless you have a Porsche GT2 or Carrara GT yellow is tacky, plus you will never match up the Spa Yellow.

 

You should go yellow or black.
