Total expense: 2 T-Taps. I'm elated!
I've been meaning to do both of these as well as the one allowing the keyfob to work while it's in the ignition.

Thanks for the reminder. Looks like this is going to be an electrical mod weekend.

Ooh, I didn’t know about that one. I just looked it up and did the mod. Very nice, Thanks!

Met up with some great guys a couple weeks ago to discuss the history of Honda at its finest moments. Oh, and an article was written about it.

It is in French but still a great article and might be in other publications soon.

I installed a set of Sparco QRT EVO seats this weekend with PCI slider rails. Was super happy with how it came out. PCI rails are nice and low, my only complaint is how the slider bar is mounted. It doesnt feel solid and feels like it can pull off at any moment. Other than that i'm super happy with it. Also ordered an APR GTC-200 wing and Front sway bar. Cant wait to get those installed.

Motor mounts for me. Both were trashed. One appeared to have been ruptured for some time now (dusty crud inside it where the oil should be) and the other let go during a track night last week. All good under the hood now :P

Did you go back with OEM mounts? I put Spoon mounts on recently and just can't get used to the increased NVH, especially vibration.

Sure, the shifting is noticeably improved, but IMO not enough to justify the annoyance of the vibration, particularly at idle.

OEM all the way for me. For that very reason. Shifting in the S2k is already awesome, and while it is primarilly an autox/track day car I do like to drive it around on summer days. It is already harsh enough being an STR prepped car, so I did not want to add more NVH to it :P Plus, this car has been an autox and toy car for at least one owner previous to me, and the mounts lasted 20 years and 148,000 miles so I am happy to pay for the OEMs. Got them through Majestic, which saved me $100 per side compared to any local dealers.

Thanks. I'm really considering swapping these out for OEM but hate the double expense.

I wonder if there is a second-hand market for the Spoon mounts with ~1,000 miles on them.

It says Spoon on the package. Someone will buy them, probably for more than you expect :P

Today I replaced the cabin air filter—sorely needed! I wonder if this has ever been changed

Pictured: the old incredibly dirty air filter
